About the role
As
Function & Events Manager
, you will ensure smooth operation of all function and events, while providing exceptional customer service and leading our professional team.
What you'll be doing
Managing a range of events from weddings, birthdays and corporate meetings
Setting up events, ensuring the functions team run the event based on an Event Order
Applying deposits and charging tab at the end of the function
Assistance in roster management
Driving food & beverage sales to achieve set KPIs
Managing staff schedules/coordinating tasks for seamless service




Providing leadership and training to team members
Contributing to strategic initiatives for business growth
What we're looking for
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Minimum of 1 year experience in a management role
Strong operational and customer service skills
Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
