About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Architectural Draftsperson
to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a range of residential and/or commercial projects while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
Translate design concepts into technical documentation using CAD software
Assist in the preparation of Development Applications (DA) and Construction Documentation (CD)
Ensure all drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards
Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants,



and builders to coordinate project requirements
Review and update drawings in line with project changes and feedback
Conduct site measurements and integrate findings into drawings
Maintain document control and drawing registers
Support project delivery within deadlines and quality expectations
Identify and resolve drafting and design issues proactively
Skills & Qualifications
Qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software
Sound understanding of Australian building codes and regulations (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Applicants must meet the relevant
skills, qualifications, and English language requirements
Prior experience in architectural drafting is essential.
