Customer Service Officer

The Company

PE Foods is a leading Bakery Ingredient Wholesaler servicing Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns and Northern NSW. We supply a wide range of dry, refrigerated and frozen products to artisan and wholesale bakeries.

We are currently seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer to join our Acacia Ridge team. This role suits reliable, organised individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused warehouse environment.

The Role

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will support daily customer service and administrative operations, ensuring accurate order processing and strong customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and enquiries
Proactively contact customers to take and confirm orders
Accurately enter and process orders
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Assist customers collecting orders from the warehouse




Liaise with warehouse staff regarding stock and dispatch
Conduct customer follow-ups
General administrative duties as required

About You
Previous customer service experience (high call volumes advantageous)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable with excellent time management
Comfortable working in a warehouse-based office workplace
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Willingness to learn inventory, stock management and dispatch processes
Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
