About the role
The delivery of services for guests such as food preparation, cooking and food service.
Assist with cleaning, washing, general maintenance, waste disposal and room bookings.




Menu planning and provision of meals within set guidelines that are prepared with pride and professionalism.
Proactively monitoring, ordering and managing stock levels for the camp operations.

About you
Prior experience working in a remote setting is an advantage
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred or a minimum of 2 years experience
Manual 'c class' driver's licence
Ability to be able to pass pre-employment medicalincluding drug and alcohol screen
Current criminal historyand traffic check
