This role will be central to increasing visitation, strengthening customer engagement and driving measurable revenue growth across all outlets, including bars, dining, gaming, functions, events, entertainment, membership and venue promotions.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketing qualified who can balance big-picture strategy with practical delivery. You will develop and implement marketing and communications plans that directly support revenue growth across all outlets, venue visitation, membership acquisition and retention, brand awareness, community partnerships, events, promotions and stakeholder engagement, while supervising and leading the marketing team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Working closely with the executive team and venue leaders, you will ensure our brands are consistently represented across digital, print, media,
internal communications and community channels.
A key focus of the role will be identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into targeted campaigns that drive measurable results. This includes growing food and beverage sales, increasing attendance at entertainment and ticketed events, improving function and event enquiries, developing gaming and promotional activity, and creating cross-venue campaigns that encourage customers and members to engage more often and across more areas of the business. The role will also require strong budget awareness, ensuring marketing activity is planned, prioritised and evaluated against available resources, commercial objectives and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies across Boldbridge Group Limited venues and initiatives.
Develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue across all outlets, including bars, dining, gaming, functions, events, entertainment, membership and venue promotions.
Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, promotional activity and customer engagement initiatives.
Supervise, lead and support the marketing team, providing direction, coaching, workload management and accountability for timely delivery of campaigns and communications activity.
Work with venue and department managers to identify sales opportunities, develop targeted campaigns and support outlet-specific revenue targets.
Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, email marketing, social media and online advertising.
Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with organisational values.
Support venue promotions, events, membership campaigns and community partnership activity.
Coordinate creative content, photography, design, copywriting, signage and collateral production.
Monitor marketing performance, customer insights and campaign outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
Use customer insights, sales data and campaign performance reporting to refine activity, improve return on investment and maximise revenue outcomes.
Plan,
manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring expenditure is aligned with organisational priorities, outlet revenue goals and measurable return on investment.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media contacts, suppliers and community stakeholders.
Protect and strengthen the reputation of Boldbridge Group Limited and its associated brands.
About You
You are a proactive and capable marketing leader who enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You bring strong judgement, creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications or brand leadership role.
Proven ability to supervise, lead and develop a marketing team, including setting priorities, supporting performance and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign management.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Experience managing brand standards, creative suppliers and marketing budgets, with the ability to allocate resources effectively and assess marketing spend against commercial outcomes.
Commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that increase visitation, customer spend, enquiries, bookings and repeat engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Experience in hospitality, clubs, tourism, events, entertainment, membership organisations or community-focused businesses will be highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline are desirable.
