Showroom Manager – Premium Furniture & Design Retail
This company is a Global brand. Bespoke in the A&D; sector. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing showroom within a premium furniture and design brand. The role is responsible for driving commercial performance, developing a successful sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a design-led retail environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of showroom revenue, conversion and sales pipeline performance While dealing with Tier 1 A&D; clients. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, building team capability and creating a premium customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Drive showroom sales performance, revenue growth and conversion outcomes.
Lead, coach and develop a team of Design Consultants and sales professionals.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are maximised.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and premium brand presentation.
Oversee showroom operations including rostering,



compliance and day-to-day management.
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
Manage customer escalations and build strong long-term customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience leading a retail sales team.
Demonstrated success improving sales performance, conversion rates or customer outcomes.
Strong coaching and people development capability.
Experience managing sales pipelines and driving accountability.
Background within premium retail, furniture, interiors, design, luxury or customer-focused environments.
Strong operational and organisational skills.
What's on Offer
$95,000 - $100,000 base salary plus superannuation.
