About the Role:
AsStore Manager & Lead Barista, you are the point of contact for the team and will be at the forefront ofdaily operations,



leading and inspiring our team to deliveringexceptional customer service.
You'll lead by example, creating apositive and energetic workplace, while ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Confident on the coffee machine,delivering great coffee in a fast paced setting.
Lead and manage atalented team, delivering outstanding customer experiences every time.
Oversee theday-to-day operationsof the venue, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Work closely with theownerto set and achieve business goals.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively implementsolutions.
Maintain high standards oforganisationandpresentationacross the venue.
This is ahands-on role– Industry experience is a must & Barista experience is highly suggested.
