Montefiore is seeking a Dementia Consultant to join our Dementia Services Team, reporting to the Dementia Services Manager. You will lead and implement an effective dementia strategy to support residents living with dementia, their families and staff.

You will bring extensive dementia knowledge, at least four years' experience in inpatient or aged care, and qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing. Your role will promote meaningful engagement, dignity, risk-aware care and culturally inclusive
