As a Support Property Manager with Belle Property Hunter Region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily management of a small well maintained portfolio together with a Senior Manager located in our East Maitland office . Your energy, drive and passion will ensure that you excel and continue to grow in this expanding role with further growth opportunities available.
What you'll be doing
Working in a POD managing and maintaining a small portfolio of residential properties
Gaining hands on training and support helping you expand your knowledge base
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to attend to any property-related issues
Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
Handling tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection
Addressing tenant enquiries and resolving any disputes in a timely and skilled manner
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, including the supervision of contractors
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What we're looking for




Experience working in the property management space
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proficient in using property management software and technologies
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
