Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients with varying levels of complexity.
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the healthcare team.
Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment and documentation systems like Meditech.
Ensure adherence to CARF and Joint Commission standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized patient care plans.
Participate actively in weekend shifts as part of the schedule requirements.
Qualifications




Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state.
BLS certification is required.
Proficient in using Meditech documentation systems.
Experience in acute rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
Flexibility to work in all connected units of the rehab hospital.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
