Exterior Garden Maintenance - Northern Beaches
We are seeking an experiencedExterior Garden Maintenanceprofessional to join the team at Indoor Plant Solutions, based in Brookvale NSW ****.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of our valued clients across the Northern Beaches region.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality garden maintenance services that exceed client expectations and reflect our commitment to excellence in landscaping.
This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, managing multiple properties, and ensuring every garden is maintained to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
Performing regular garden maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, edging, hedging and pruning
Maintaining garden beds, mulching and weeding to ensure a neat and healthy appearance
Operating and maintaining garden equipment and machinery safely and responsibly
Responding promptly to client requests and addressing any garden concerns or issues
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance schedules and client preferences
Adhering to health and safety regulations and industry best practices
Building strong relationships with clients and representing Indoor Plant Solutions professionally
Contributing to team projects and supporting colleagues when required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in exterior garden maintenance or landscaping, ideally within the Sydney metropolitan area or similar climates
Strong knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs and seasonal garden care requirements




Proficiency in operating garden machinery such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and blowers
A current, valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle for travelling between client properties
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour throughout the working day
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A commitment to health and safety practices and environmental responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple properties
Certificate III in Landscape/Horticulture or equivalent qualification is preferred
Current First Aid certification is advantageous
