We’re seeking a Claims Administration Officer to join our fast-paced, friendly team based on the Sunshine Coast. If you're organised, people-focused and ready to grow in a supportive workplace, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
As the first point of contact for customers, trades and insurance clients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth claim handling and a positive customer experience.
You will:
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email
Coordinate trades for emergency repairs and site inspections
Schedule appointments and keep internal systems up to date
Support claims processing and administration tasks within key timeframes (KPIs)
Liaise with insurers and trades to keep jobs moving efficiently
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Solid computer skills (we use multiple systems and portals)
Great time management and the ability to work at pace
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a problem-solving mindset
Experience in insurance, construction or property repairs is desirable but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
