$47.28 - $55.99 per hour - dependent on experience

Ozcare has a part time position available (12 month Mat leave coverage) for a Registered Nurse supporting our clients at our beautiful Sarina Aged Care Facility.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse you will be looking after the most key people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan
Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes

Role Requirements
Be vaccinated against Influenza & have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Current CPRCertificate
The flexibility to work a wide-ranging roster including night and weekend shifts
Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge
Sound clinical knowledge
