SIMPEC Pty Ltd is a diversified services provider headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in construction and asset management within the energy, infrastructure, maintenance and resources industries.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Mechanical Fitterto join an experienced maintenance team on a Sydney based project
Duties:
Carry out routine maintenance and emergency callouts
Perform scheduled maintenance to minimise disruptions onsite
Assist with waste reduction
Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
Perform scheduled maintenance in a timely manner
Identify defects and problem solve issues
Assist with waste reduction
Ensure all work carried out meets the project plan
Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders onsite
About You:
Previous experience in maintenance, shutdowns & inspection of works
Ability to prioritise your work
Have a robust understanding of terminal operations and equipment
Understand safety procedures and ability to comply with regulatory requirements
Be a dedicated team player
Previous experience within the shutdown or maintenance industry
Roster: Monday - Friday
Duration of Work:
Approximately 2 years
Location: Sydney NSW
Essential Qualifications/Tickets
Mechanical Trade Certificate
Working At Heights: Certificate (within 2 years)
Construction Card
Confined Space Entry
High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform above 11 meters
Australian Work Rights
