About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology projects across the Data & Information Management portfolio. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, change managers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Data & Information Management portfolio.
Lead projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery practices.
Work collaboratively with Solution Architects, Change Managers and technical delivery teams.
Manage project governance, reporting, risks, budgets and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate project delivery across multiple operational sites.
Ensure project outcomes align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Support the delivery of future Artificial Intelligence initiatives as the portfolio grows.

Experience required




5+ years' experience delivering ICT projects within large organisations.
Solid experience delivering Data & Information Management projects.
Proven ability to manage projects valued up to approximately $3 million.
Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Robust governance, planning and risk management capability.
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Highly Regarded
Experience with Microsoft PMO 365.
Knowledge of Information Management governance, records management and regulatory controls.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
Experience within the energy or utilities sector is advantageous, however candidates from other industries with solid Data & Information Management experience are encouraged to apply.
