About the role
The primary role of the position is to provide quality client services and assist in the administration of all processes of accreditation / certification.
Reporting to the National Manager, you will:
Provide support throughout the accreditation process (registration, self-assessment, application, and certification)
Provide up to date and consistent information to clients on relevant standards
Build positive relationships with clients and deliver productive and timely client service
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.




About you
Minimum of 2 years of administration and customer service
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills e.g. Outlook and Word
Medical sector and/or accreditation experience
