We are seeking compassionate and reliablePersonal Care Workersto support our clients in their homes and help them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
You will provide person-centred care tailored to each client's needs, in accordance with care plans and organisational policies.
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Assistant in nursing or equivalent
CurrentPolice Check
First Aid & CPR certificate
Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (not required but preferred)
Right to work in Australia
Assist clients withpersonal care(showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support withmobility and transfers(including use of aids if required)
Provide assistance withdaily living activities(meal preparation, light housekeeping)
Support clients withmedication prompting(where authorised)
Assist withtransportationto appointments or community activities
Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients' condition or wellbeing
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients and families
Follow WHS, infection control, and organisational policies at all times
