CRT Imaging is an established, privately owned radiology practice located in Southport, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients and referrers across the Gold Coast.
We are an oncology-focused practice with a highly experienced, dedicated PET/CT and SPECT/CT team.
Our radiologists are dual-trained, friendly and approachable, and our broader team is known for delivering professional, compassionate care while supporting staff to learn, contribute and grow.

About the Role
Working as part of our Nuclear Medicine team, you will assist in delivering safe, accurate and patient-centred imaging services.
You will receive support as you transition from university into clinical practice, with a focus on developing technical competence, patient communication skills and confidence in day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols, radiation safety requirements and professional standards.
Prepare patients for procedures,



explain the process clearly and provide a high standard of care throughout the appointment.
Assist with radiopharmaceutical handling, administration support and quality control processes as appropriate to your level of training and licensing.
Work collaboratively with radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, technologists, administration staff and referrers.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to efficient patient workflow.
Participate in quality assurance, workplace safety and ongoing professional learning activities.
About You
We are looking for a graduate who is enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely interested in delivering excellent patient care.
You may be newly qualified, completing your final year, or preparing to begin your first professional role in Nuclear Medicine.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Nuclear Medicine, Medical Radiation Science or a related approved discipline.
Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
Strong commitment to patient care, safety and professional standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
