An established and fast-growing specialist financial services provider — deliveringtrustee, custody, debt capital markets and fund administrationservices to institutional and wholesale clients — is seeking an experiencedGeneral Manager, Trusteesto lead itsTrustee relationship management function.

You'll have real autonomy to shape strategy, build out a high-performing team, and be the senior voice on trustee governance for a diverse and growing client portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to theManaging Director, you'll take ownership of theTrustee relationship management functionend-to-end — fromstrategic directionand client retention through to operational delivery,financial performanceandrisk oversight.
You'll act as thesenior subject matter experton registered and unregistered managed investment schemes and trustee obligations, and be the face of the business for key clients, fund managers and industry stakeholders.
What you'll be doing




Settingstrategic directionforclient onboarding, retentionand service quality across the Trustee portfolio
Leading, mentoring and developing a relationship management team, embedding ownership and risk awareness
Owningfinancial performanceof the client portfolio and acting as thesenior escalation pointfor complex client and governance matters
Partnering with compliance, legal and operations onregulatory obligations, tracking market trends, and representing the firm with clients and industry partners
What we're looking for
Degree inFinance, Business, Economicsor related field, with5+ years'experience in fund management, asset management or a similar financial services role
Robust understanding ofregulatory requirements and compliancewithin funds management
Provenleadership track recordwith excellentstakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic, analytical thinker, comfortable working with financial software and data analysis tools
