Mabel Park State High School is seeking a Deputy Principal to join our Executive Team.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include,

Provide strategic leadershipby supporting the Principal to develop and implement a shared educational vision that promotes excellence, equity, and high-quality learning outcomes for all students, while deputising for the Principal when required.
Model ethical and inclusive leadershipby upholding the values of the deputy principalship, embedding socially just practices, and fostering a culture of high expectations for student achievement, staff performance, and wellbeing.
Build a collaborative school communityby developing solid partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and effective governanceby leading future-focused initiatives, engaging in ongoing professional learning, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and departmental priorities.
Manage resources for organisational successby effectively planning and overseeing human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources to achieve strategic goals and support continuous school improvement.
