Job Description
Partner with the Leadership Team to drive business strategy, improve financial performance, and provide commercial insights to support decision-making
Key responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
Deliver commercial analysis, customer profitability insights, and business recommendations.
Manage P&L; performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and capital investments.
Partner with Sales on customer contracts, pricing (CPI updates), and D365 data management.
Support credit decisions and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.




Build strong relationships across Finance, Sales, and Operations while leading one direct report and driving continuous improvement.
Key requirements:
CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
Robust commercial finance, business partnering, and P&L; management experience.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, think strategically, and deliver business improvements.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and customer-centric environments.
