West HQ is currently recruiting for a creative, switched-onSocial Media Coordinator to bring our brands to life online.
The Opportunity
From fitness and leisure to hospitality and dining, you will bemanaging social content across a diverse and exciting portfolioincluding, but not limited to, ONE55 Fitness, The Sydney Gymnastic& Aquatic Centre, West HQ, Novotel, and CHU Restaurant.

What You'll Be Doing
Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook andInstagram
Manage and develop the WHQ LinkedIn channel
Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, and short-form video
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews acrossplatforms
Bring marketing campaigns to life across digital channels
Work with marketing and PR teams to keep content fresh,relevant and on-brand
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews acrossall social channels and Google My Business (GMB)
Ensure social activity supports key campaigns, events, andbusiness priorities
Assist the PR & Content Manager in developing and deliveringcontent plans aligned to the WHQ Master Marketing Calendar
What You'll Bring




Proven ability to manage multiple social media accountssimultaneously
Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn,including scheduling tools
Experience creating and editing short-form digital content(video and imagery)
Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense oftone and brand voice
Highly organised with strong time management and attention todetail
A passion for social media, content creation, and digitaltrends
Confidence managing multiple social accounts across differentbrands
Creative thinking + a proactive, ideas-driven mindset
An eye for what works - and how to optimise content forperformance
Current RSA and RCG competency cards (or willingness toobtain)
