About the role
You will be responsible for identifying and supplying the correct parts for our internal and external customers while delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer parts enquiries by phone, email and in person
Interpreting parts requirements accurately and efficiently
Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
Developing strong product knowledge across the machinery and equipment supported by TRT
Completing sales, purchasing and stock-control transactions in Pronto ERP
Ordering and expediting parts
Assisting with goods receiving and dispatch
Picking, packing and relocating stock when required




Supporting general office and warehouse administration
Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Contributing to TRT's commitment to Zero Harm
About you
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
Previous parts interpreting experience
Experience with heavy machinery, transport, automotive or equipment parts
Solid customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A systematic and highly organised approach
The ability to manage competing priorities
Experience using ERP or inventory management software
Competence with Microsoft Office applications
The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
A current driver's licence
Australian working rights
Experience usingPronto ERPwould be advantageous, although training can be provided.
