The Role
As a Workshop or Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of construction, earthmoving, material handling and industrial equipment.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults




Performing repairs and component overhauls
Carrying out scheduled maintenance and servicing
Completing machine inspections and safety checks
Using modern diagnostic tools and OEM service information
Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
Field Service Technicians will also attend customer sites across the Sydney region, with a fully equipped company vehicle provided.
About You
We're looking for people who take pride in their work and enjoy solving problems.
You will ideally have:
Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or similar
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded But Not Essential
Automotive Air Conditioning Licence
Auto Electrical experience
Experience with construction, agricultural, mining or materials handling equipment
Hydraulic and electrical diagnostic experience
MR Licence
EWP, LPG or other industry licences
