NSBC Group is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead our fleet workshop operations in NSW, ensuring secure, compliant, and productive maintenance of our bus fleet. You will oversee servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordination with drivers, mechanics and external providers.

You will mentor mechanics and workshop staff, plan maintenance schedules, monitor costs and productivity, and ensure adherence to WHS and transport regulations.
