Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with disabilities in a personalised, respectful manner. You will help with daily living tasks, promote community participation, and support client goals through coordinated plans with a multidisciplinary team.

We value empathy, explicit communication, and teamwork, and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. The role requires a current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain, a valid licence, and NDIS checks or willingness to obtain.
