Job Description
We are seeking passionate Casual on call Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in the South Brisbane Area, QLD.
As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.
This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule.
The role is a maximum of ***** hours a week and split shifts.
What you'll be doing:
Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
Communicating effectively with the office, Driver, students,



school administration and parents as needed
What we're looking for:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
Must be over the age of 18
Ability to use company technology
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes
