Site Supervisor - Civil / Demolition / Excavation| Full time

We're seeking a proactive leader who can drive project delivery, maintain the highest safety standards, and lead site teams to successful outcomes.

About the Role
As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site operations across civil, demolition and excavation projects.
You'll oversee site teams, subcontractors and plant resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning works, maintaining compliance, managing site documentation, and ensuring productive relationships with clients, subcontractors and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil, demolition and excavation site activities.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and plant to maximise productivity.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and maintain accurate site diaries using Moits Central.
Identify and manage project risks, variations and quality issues.
Review site safety practices and ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and company policies.




Support and mentor Leading Hands and site personnel.
Liaise with engineers, consultants, councils and other stakeholders.
Assist with timesheets, documentation, RFIs, inspections and project reporting.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys leading teams on site.
You'll bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction, demolition or excavation.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site operations.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of WHS and environmental compliance.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
White Card (essential).
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (preferred).
