As our organisation continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced and drivenNational Operations Centre Managerto lead the safe, efficient and effective coordination of our operations across New South Wales and Western Australia.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring our National Operations Centre has the people, systems and operational capability required to meet our customers' needs across the country.
You'll lead workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation and real-time operational coordination while driving continuous improvement, service excellence and operational performance.
Working closely with Executive and Operational Leaders, you'll build high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships and ensure AMR consistently delivers safe, responsive and reliable healthcare services.
