About the role

Metroll Lismore is looking for a reliable and physically capable Night Shift Loader to join the team on the evening shift. This is a key role supporting the smooth and accurate loading and dispatch of steel building products to customers across the region.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right the first time.

You will be responsible for loading and preparing outgoing orders during the night shift, ensuring all goods are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and safely for dispatch.

Working hours:5:00pm – 12:30am

Key responsibilities
Loading and unloading steel products and materials
Picking orders accurately based on picking slips and schedules
Operating forklifts and handling equipment safely




Ensuring trucks are loaded in a secure and efficient sequence
Checking orders for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
Following all site safety procedures and PPE requirements

What we are looking for
Previous experience in warehousing, loading, or similar manual handling roles
Forklift licence is essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling work
Reliable, punctual, and consistent with night shift attendance
Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Consistent evening shift with set hours
