Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil or structural engineering and a passion for delivering complex infrastructure and asset upgrade projects? We are seeking a skilled skilled to join a high-performing team responsible for managing engineering projects across a large and diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist engineering advice across civil, structural and related disciplines.
Review and assess engineering designs, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
Manage engineering projects and upgrade works from planning through to completion.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and qualified service providers.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality outcomes and compliance requirements.
Support procurement, contract administration and stakeholder management activities.
Track project performance and provide regular reporting and status updates.
Ensure engineering solutions align with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence.

About You




Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
5–7+ years' experience in engineering project delivery, asset upgrades, infrastructure, property, or capital works environments.
Robust understanding of engineering design, project management principles and Australian standards.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing project priorities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Experience reviewing consultant designs, reports and technical recommendations.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Mandatory Requirements

Current Driver's Licence
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Engineering Qualification Certificates
Engineers Australia accreditation (required where engineering qualifications were obtained overseas)
