Production Operator / Process Worker

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor conveyor and bagging equipment to ensure smooth production
Accurately fill and seal fertiliser bags to meet quality standards
Safely lift, move, and stack finished bags onto pallets
Prepare pallets for forklift collection and dispatch
Maintain a safe,



clean, and efficient work environment
Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
Complete simple computer-based tasks and production records
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime

About You
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse environments (preferred)
Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and standing
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
