Wakefield Gardens Surgery and The Surgery in Manuka Terraceis seeking an experienced and compassionateRegistered Nurseto join our friendly, multidisciplinary team across our two site locations in Ainslie and Griffith/Manuka.

About the Role
Position:Full time Registered Nurse
Locations:Working across both our Ainslie and Griffith / Manuka practices
Hours:Full Time Hours - 76 hours per fortnight
Key Responsibilities
Chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD, cardiovascular health plans)
Immunisations (childhood, adult, travel, and seasonal vaccines)
Wound care and dressings
Health assessments and care plans (e.g., 75+ health checks, care plans, mental health plans)
Triage and support for acute presentations
Assisting GPs with procedures
Patient education and preventative health
Maintaining accurate clinical records via Best Practice Software
About You
Current AHPRA registration as aRegisteredNurse
Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident working autonomously and as part of a team
Immunisation certification
Current CPR certificate
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
