An exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing Consultant to join our Upper North Shore team.
You'll receive hands on training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to grow your career within a well established business.
About the Role:
Advertising and leasing of residential properties
Conducting and managing open inspections
Managing the end-to-end leasing process, from enquiry through to lease documentation
Supporting the Property Management team as required
Utilising internal systems to ensure a smooth experience for tenants and landlords
Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance, improvements, and inspections
Monday to Saturday role, with one weekday off (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday)
Uphold the integrity of the DiJones brand by working collaboratively with your DiJones team and providing excellent service in every client interaction.
About You:
Hold a Real Estate Licence or certificate of registration
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive approach
Organised, proactive and ready to take the next step in your real estate career
