The Role:

You will be responsible for managing,



maintaining and improving the performance from network sales / channel partner groups, including the following:
Continue to nurture relationships that are in place, and establish new target markets to grow the network of referring partners
Set and monitor sales targets
Contract management on all pending sales from holding deposit through to settlement
Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing
Monitor and report back on channel activities and feedback

Specific requirements:
You will have experience in managing channel partners within the Sydney off-the-plan space
Demonstrated track-record of achieving sales results
Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License
Must have Salesforce or Property Base experience
Market-leading developer with stellar reputation
Existing relationships in place to take-over
Be the only channel manager onsite
Secure role with an 8+ year project, multiple stages and launches
