Site Supervisor – Northside Brisbane $130,000 + Super + Company Vehicle Our client is a well-established residential builder with a strong pipeline of investment housing projects across Brisbane's northside. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee approximately 25 homes across multiple sites.
The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction activities across a portfolio of residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage approximately 25 residential home builds across the northside region
Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within company quality standards
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout construction
Maintain solid relationships with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and QBCC regulations
Monitor build progress and resolve site issues as they arise
About You
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
Experience managing investment homes and volume residential builds
Townhouse construction experience will be highly regarded
Solid organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to site management
