Do you love administration, analysing data and making sure campaigns run smoothly?
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Adminsitration & Campaign Coordinator to support a high-performing team within a leading not-for-profit organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, reporting, process improvement and working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Impact you will have
This is a varied operational role where you'll be the engine behind a busy program.
You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, and ensuring external partners have everything they need to deliver successful campaigns.
If you're someone who has an eye for detail and enjoys working with spreadsheets, solving problems and improving processes, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build your career within the not-for-profit sector.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of a campaign program
Maintain accurate databases, reports and operational records
Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports
Process invoices and assist with budget tracking
Coordinate resources, stock and campaign logistics
Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support compliance, documentation and process management
Assist with new initiatives and operational projects as the program evolves
Skills and Experience
You enjoy being organised, are naturally curious, and like using data to improve the way things work.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in administration, operations, project coordination, campaign support or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Robust communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
A proactive mindset and willingness to identify better ways of working
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
