About the Role
You will be joining a team of highly regarded legal professionals, reporting directly to the CEO.
As a Lawyer and Team Leader, you will be forming a new team where you will manage your own portfolio of personal injury matters (a mixture of Workcover, Motor Vehicle and PIPA matters), with the support of a Paralegal and a Secretary.
You would be responsible for:
Converting and retaining new enquiries
Managing files professionally, proactively and efficiently
Providing clear, expert legal advice to clients
Liaising with barristers, insurers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders
Representing clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, or court processes as required
Providing monthly reports to management
Delivering exceptional client service
This newly created role is based in our Brisbane CBD office.
This is a full time position with flexible work options, including work from home, available.
