About the Role
Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Leasing Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Rose Bay.
This is a agile role focused on leasing and business development.
You'll manage the leasing process while growing the rent roll by securing new managements.
For every new management you bring to the business, you'll earn lucrative commissions on top of your salary.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct open homes and private inspections.
Manage leasing enquiries, rental applications and tenant selection.
Complete ingoing inspections.
Assist with tenancy administration and client communication.
Identify and secure new property management opportunities to grow the rent roll.




About You
Previous experience in residential property management, leasing or business development.
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with an interest in business development.
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
