Nursery Practitioner - Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Your Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Assist with observations and children's learning journeys
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning
Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
What We're Looking For




Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable
Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the EYFS framework is an advantage but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
