We are currently seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Retail Sales person to join our team working shifts in our Retail store and cafe located in Muswellbrook.

This is a casual position including weekend shifts.

The main objectives in this role are, introducing and educating customers to our products, open and closing of the shop, high level customer service and processing of transactions through our Point of Sale system. You will receive ongoing training to help you develop your brand knowledge.





To be successful in this position you must:

Be personable and well spoken

Demonstrate high levels of organisation, reliability, trust, and punctuality

Have computer literacy in MS word, outlook, excel

Have a valuable understanding of gourmet foods and how best to use them in a home kitchen

Communicate effectively with supervisors

The ability to work unsupervised

Experience in a similar retail sales role an advantage but not essential

Your customer service focus and desire to exceed customer expectations will make you successful in this role.
