The Role

Based in Everton Hills, we're looking for a Bachelor qualified ECT (or ACECQA equivalent) to deliver our Kindy program and provide high quality care for children aged 3–6 in our engaging Montessori environment.

You will be required to:
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
Work as a collaborative team member who thrives in a cooperative environment and is comfortable providing leadership when needed
Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the EYLF, QKLG and Montessori guidelines
Maintain observations and records of each child's progress
Uphold a safe, nurturing environment that reflects our philosophy

About You
Deeply committed to the care and holistic development of every child
Child Safety Training (Geccko) and Working with Children Check




Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
Experience in Montessori (or an understanding of and alignment with the philosophy, as training can be provided)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
