This role is ideal for a dental professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow
Lead, support, and motivate clinical and administrative staff
Manage appointment scheduling, rostering, and staffing requirements
Ensure compliance with infection control standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Oversee stock control, ordering, and lab coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries and concerns
Support Dentists in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes




Contribute to continuous improvement and clinic growth initiatives
About You
Previous experience as aPractice Managerwith Dental Assistant experience
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinic workflows
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach
