About the role
As a Course Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring a career in emergency health care. Your job is to understand what someone wants from their career, match them to the right course and guide them through to a confident enrolment.
This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Key responsibilities
Meet and exceed KPIs in line with business targets
Maintain enrolment quality: right student, right course
Represent the organisation's brand and values in every interaction
Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes in lead and student files




Keep sales pipeline data accurate and current
Report on lead and client feedback around course demand and quality
Flag lead quality and conversion issues as they arise
Identify your own skill gaps and raise them for training and development

What will you be doing?
Calling inbound leads and identifying their needs and future goals
Following up leads and working a structured touch-point strategy
Running a consultative sales process to match students to the most suitable course
Managing your pipeline through to conversion, tracking every stage along the way
What are we looking for?
2+ years in a sales role or call centre environment
Experience in HubSpot (not essential)
A proven track record hitting KPIs
Excellent phone and written communication
Strong objection handling, negotiation and follow-up skills
Ability to build rapport quickly
High level of computer literacy
Excellent written communication
Highly regarded industry backgrounds: education, training, healthcare, insurance, travel, telco or fitness
