At Organika Noosa, fresh produce isn't a department. It's the heartbeat of the store. We stock organic, sustainably sourced, ethically grown food and we hold our standards high. The person in this role sets the tone: for quality, for presentation, for the team, and for the customer experience.
If you're someone who takes pride in a well-run floor, can spot a bad avocado from across the room, and knows how to bring a team along with you, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Presentation:
keeping the section looking exceptional, with accurate signage, seasonal displays, and a standard you'd be proud to show anyone.
Stock and inventory:
help with ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and quality checks. No gaps, reduce waste, no excuses.
Pricing and margins:
reviewing supplier invoices, setting accurate pricing, and keeping the numbers honest.
Team:
mentoring and supervising produce staff, training new team members, and building a culture of accountability and care.
Customer experience:
being the go-to for produce knowledge: seasonality, sourcing,



organic benefits, and genuine service.
Food safety and compliance:
upholding hygiene standards and waste reduction practices every single shift.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Ideally 2+ years in fresh produce, grocery retail, or a related hands-on role
Real knowledge of organic and sustainable produce: sourcing, handling, and presentation
Experience managing stock and inventory in a fast-paced environment
A leader's mindset: you raise the people around you, not just the workload
Strong customer presence and genuine passion for fresh food and healthy living
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused: you don't wait to be asked
THE ROLE
Full time position based in Noosaville
One weekend day is required as part of your regular roster
Reports to the Store Manager and Head of Merchandise
