We're currently partnering with several established food manufacturing companies across Silverwater, Revesby, and Strathfield, with multiple permanent opportunities available.
If you're looking for a
day shift role
with a reputable manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you. We have a variety of schedules available, including:
Revesby : 5:00am – 1:00pm - $100K + Super - NO OT required
Silverwater: 9:00am – 5:00pm - $50/hour + Super
Strathfield: 9:00am – 6:00pm - $50/hour + Super
Opportunity
You'll join a busy manufacturing site where you'll play a key role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities may include:
Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with production and engineering teams
Maintaining a protected and reliable manufacturing setting
About You
We're looking for candidates with:
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter
Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or a similar production environment
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
