The Green Elephant is looking for a qualified childcare Early Childhood Teacher / Child Care Worker to join the service's existing team. We will consider your experience and preferred age group during your application, and find the most suitable place for you alongside our existing team.
What will you need to be considered for the role?

genuine interest in early childhood development
can work in accordance with service policies & procedures
Specific requirements of the role:
Ideally can work full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm
Must hold a current Working With Children's Check
Have a relevant qualification - Cer III, Diploma or ECT Bachelor or higher.




Are proficient in written and verbal English language communication
Have at least one year relevant work experience
Child Safety and Recruitment Requirements:
Verification of Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Reference checks, including specific child safety and suitability questions
Verification of qualifications and employment history
Completion of a Child Protection Training Pack and induction requirements prior to commencement
Completion of a Child Protection knowledge check or questionnaire to demonstrate understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and child protection responsibilities prior to commencing employment
Ongoing assessment of suitability and adherence to child-safe expectations throughout employment
