About the Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading electrical services organisation with branches across Australia and a reputation for delivering innovative electrical, infrastructure, maintenance, and engineering solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled
HV Technician – Testing & Commissioning
to join their Sydney team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and commissioning of high-voltage electrical equipment.
Conduct fault finding, diagnostic testing, and system analysis.
Test, commission,



and maintain protection systems and associated equipment.
Prepare detailed commissioning reports and technical documentation.
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, site procedures, and safety regulations.
Travel to customer sites and project locations as required.
Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
Electrical Trade Qualification.
Current Electrical Licence.
Proven experience in HV testing and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of protection relays, transformers, switchgear, and high-voltage systems.
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
