The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee and deliver landscaping projects from planning through to completion. This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial landscaping projects
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Oversee site operations, including subcontractors and site staff
Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance standards
Conduct site inspections and progress reporting
Resolve project issues, delays, and risks proactively




Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates

Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial landscaping or construction
Robust knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and design implementation
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Experience managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
Relevant qualification in Landscaping, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
Experience with large-scale commercial or government projects
Strong understanding of WHS (Work Health & Safety) regulations
