About the Role
As a Warranty Specialist at Kia Australia, you'll play a key role in supporting our national dealer network by providing expert advice, clear decision‐making and practical guidance across warranty matters.
You'll ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and consistently, while upholding Kia's Warranty Policies and Procedures.
Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and help deliver an exceptional aftersales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and update all monthly and adhoc warranty reporting using internal and BI tools
Process and adjudicate warranty claims and prior work approvals (PWAs)
Monitor and review submitted warranty claims,
conducting monthly system reviews and recommending appropriate actions
Provide timely and professional support to dealers via email and phone
Apply knowledge of Kia Warranty Policy & Procedures to resolve issues and support dealer training
About You
You're detail‐oriented, customer‐focused and confident working with dealers and technical information.
You enjoy problem‐solving and contributing to process improvements in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
Skills & Experience
2-3 years' experience in a dealership or distributor environment (preferred)
Previous experience in a Warranty/Claims
Strong attention to detail with sound numerical and analytical skills
Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with reporting tools (preferred but not essential)
Willingness to travel when required
